These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evidexa website and services. By submitting a case, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1The service
Evidexa provides independent technical reviews, structured technical assessments and dispute-ready reports based on materials submitted by the customer. Our conclusions are a neutral technical assessment of the evidence you provide. The quality, accuracy and completeness of our output depend directly on the quality and completeness of the materials you submit.
2What we do not provide
To avoid any misunderstanding, Evidexa expressly does not provide:
- legal advice or legal representation;
- official court expertise or court-appointed expert opinions;
- certified forensic examination;
- any guarantee of a particular outcome in a dispute, claim or negotiation.
Our reviews are informational and technical in nature. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, a licensed expert, or an authority competent in your jurisdiction. You remain solely responsible for any decision you take based on our output.
3Packages and prices
We offer the following packages. All prices are in euro (EUR) and, where applicable, include or are subject to VAT as indicated at checkout.
| Package | Price | Indicative time |
|---|---|---|
| A — Case Eligibility Check | €1 | Short suitability check (not an analysis or report) |
| B — Quick Technical Answer | €49 | Up to 3 business days |
| C — Problem Overview | €129 | Up to 5 business days |
| D — Technical Analysis | €349 | Up to 14 business days |
| E — Dispute-Ready Report | €749 | Up to 21 business days |
| F — Full Case Review | from €1490 | Up to 40 business days |
Package A (Case Eligibility Check) is a short suitability check to confirm whether your case fits our service and which package may suit it. It is not a technical analysis and not a report. The symbolic fee helps ensure every message is reviewed seriously and reduces spam and irrelevant requests. Package F starts at the stated price; the final price depends on the scope of the case and will be confirmed with you before work begins.
4Ordering and payment
To place an order you submit the case form, select a package, and complete payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. A contract between you and Evidexa is formed once your payment is confirmed and we accept your case. If your case is not suitable for the selected package, we will tell you before beginning work and, where appropriate, propose an alternative or a refund.
5Your materials
You are responsible for the materials you submit. By uploading materials you confirm that:
- you are entitled to share them with us for the purpose of your review;
- they do not infringe the rights of any third party;
- you have a lawful basis to share any personal data they contain (see our Privacy Policy);
- they are, to the best of your knowledge, genuine and not misleading.
You may upload up to 30 files per case unless otherwise agreed. If materials are insufficient for the selected package, we will tell you what is missing before proceeding.
6Delivery times
Indicative timeframes are shown per package and are counted from the moment payment is confirmed and all required materials are received. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be extended where a case is complex, where materials are incomplete, or where we need to request further information from you.
7Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- to submit materials you are not entitled to share, or that are illegal;
- to seek to fabricate, falsify or manipulate a technical assessment;
- in a way that infringes the rights of others or harms our service.
We may decline or discontinue a case that breaches these Terms.
8Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, our services consist of the supply of digital content and services that begin, at your request, before the end of that period. In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and its national implementations, by requesting that we begin the review before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout where required.
9Refunds
- If we have not yet begun work and you cancel, we will refund the fee, except for the symbolic Package A fee.
- If your case is not suitable for the selected package and cannot be delivered, we will refund the fee for that package, or agree an alternative with you.
- Once a review has been substantially performed or delivered, the fee is generally non-refundable, because the work reflects time and expertise already applied to your materials.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials you submit. Once your fee is paid, you receive the right to use the response, assessment or report we prepare for your own purposes, including in a dispute with the other party. You may not resell or present our output as an official expert opinion or certified examination. Evidexa retains ownership of its methods, templates and know-how.
11Disclaimers
The service is provided on a professional-effort basis. We do not warrant that our output will achieve any particular result, be accepted by any court, authority or counterparty, or be free from any error where materials are incomplete or inaccurate. See our full Disclaimer.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Evidexa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, opportunity, or the outcome of any dispute;
- our total liability arising from or in connection with a case shall not exceed the amount you paid for that case;
- we are not liable for decisions you take based on our output, or for the actions of any third party.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
13Confidentiality
We treat the materials and information you submit as confidential and use them only to provide your review, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep confidential any non-public methods or materials we share with you.
14Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate a case that breaches these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
15Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top indicate when they were last revised. The Terms in force at the time you place your order apply to that order.
16Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
